For the Cole Haan competition, I decided to create a poster. Why a poster? Because I feel with poster people can see the product directly, nor that they can’t see it in Instagram post. I just feel that poster look better than Instagram post smh :(
So yeah, I don’t really have theme for this poster. In my mind I just want to make the shoes look pop out, so when people see it they will no what kind of product it is. Started with the planning, I create a mood-board in my Pinterest, after I decided what kind of mood that I want, the next step is to find the right place to shoot. I choose Hajilane, because this ZERØGRAND collection have many unique colour, and by doing a colour contrast, it will help the shoes to pop up.

I went there with my three friends, since I need to be the model, take the pictures, and be my own director. :) I need a help. So there they are, helping me in the middle of the afternoon.
Always started the photoshoot, with making sure that the product is perfect. So Here is the picture of me wrapping the bottom of the shoes, to make it CLEAN! It looks simple, but this is the most important step when you work with a brand, always make sure that you can give the product back like when you get it.
Yes, it exactly like what you thinking. We take the picture in the middle of the streets, and yeah it was quite a mess! But that’s the most interesting part right? Make something usual become unusual.

Creating a content will never be easy, but the process will be interesting and it the most fun experiences I ever have. I feel when you do something that you like, you will never feel the pressure.
*I mean you do, but not as big as when you do something that you don’t like*
